We’re stoked to have you in the Rekt Survivor fam. Your gear is being prepped with the same care we’d give to our own cold wallets (and you know how much we love those). While you wait for your order to arrive, here are a few things to keep in mind:

🎨 COLOR

"Screens lie, but your drip won’t."
As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images. But trust us, it’ll still look fire.

📦 IMPORT DUTY, TAXES, AND FEES

"The only fees we like are gas fees (and even those hurt)."
Import duties, taxes, and related charges aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility, so keep an eye out for any surprises at customs.

🚚 SHIPPING

"Good things take time – just like your portfolio recovery."

  • Standard Service: Takes about 18-60 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Service: Takes about 5-10 business days (because sometimes you need your drip ASAP).

  • Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.), shipping may take an extra 5-10 days. Plan ahead, hodl strong.

🔙 RETURN & EXCHANGE

"We’re here to make it right – no rekt vibes allowed."

  • Defective Items: If your item arrives defective, you have up to 7 days from the receipt date to request a refund or exchange.

  • Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong item, return it in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Change of Mind: We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please read the product descriptions carefully before ordering.

  • Mistakes Happen: While we strive for perfection, sometimes errors occur. If your item doesn’t match the description, contact us immediately so we can fix it. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we value your business more than a memecoin pump.
